Can I return my item?

Your satisfaction is important to us, we’ll find a solution for you. We will consider for any reasonable returns as long as the golf club has not been used (i.e. it has not been hit or with the condition when received). Contact us by email, we’re always here to help.

*Please note that PDW Stores reserves the right to refuse a return or apply a restocking fee to the returned item(s) if the item(s) is not returned in the same condition and packaging that it was sold in.

How long does it take to process my order?

All standard orders take approximately 24 hours to process before they are shipped (We are trying best to get your order on the way as soon as we could). Orders are processed everyday but courier out Monday-Friday (except public holidays). If there is a significant delay, you will be contacted by email.

Received the wrong item. What do I do?

Please contact us by email with evidence or photos as soon as possible, we will get it right for you.

My purchase was damaged in shipment. What do I do?

If your item was damaged during shipment, please email us at support@pdwstores.com with evidence or photos, we will get it right for you.

Are pre-owned clubs under warranty?

Pre-owned products may not be eligible for warranty coverage. If you have a warranty issue, please contact support@pdwstores.com

How can I track the status of my order?

Once you complete the checkout process, you will receive an order confirmation with your order number, once we dispatched your order, tracking number will send to you by an auto email. The courier tracking number may take 24 hours before becoming available on the courier website.

Can I pick up items in person?

We realise that getting new golf gear is exciting and it’s hard to wait, so we continually strive to decrease the cost and delivery time for all our customers. All our facilities are set up as warehouses and due to liability and insurance concerns we cannot let you pick up from the premises, but we happy to meet you up by appointment from locations. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

How do I know what my shipping fee will be ?

Shipping charge will be calculated when check out by selecting the correct shipping areas. We will contact you by email if the address you’ve provided is not matching with the region you’ve selected.
